Returns and Refunds
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from The Games Den and therefore we have very stringent quality controls in place to ensure that items are sent to you in perfect condition.
If, in the unlikely, you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a return. We will be happy to provide a cost-free exchange or a full refund.
We also offer a no quibble 60 day return policy so if you decide that Soul Blight are where it’s at and Ironjawz are so 2010, or you discover that Aunt Susan has already got Blood Rage then we’re here to help. Simply return your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase in the condition it was sent, unused and in its original packaging. We’ll then arrange for a` refund or credit to be applied – your choice.
Damages & Issues
Please take care to fully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@thegamesden.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Our support team will be in touch within 2 working days to resolve the issue.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Alternatively, we can refund with store credit if preferred.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We may require evidence (pictures) of this before a return is arranged. If your return is approved, the replacement item (or replacement part) will be sent out as soon as we have it in stock from the manufacturers.
Shipping
Do not ship any returns until you have received confirmation from ourselves that your return request has been requested. Any items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, you should post your product to: The Games Den, 29 Clemens Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2DP, United Kingdom.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live and stock levels it may take time for any exchanged products to reach you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
