We use your information in multiple ways, typically in order to allow your purchase to be completed and your items to be delivered.

When you create a customer account on you have an option to opt-in to marketing messages.  These messages may be sent by email or text message and are designed to keep you up-to-date with our latest products, industry news, competitions, content and offers.

How Long We Keep Your Information For

The length of time we keep your information is dependent on the information, it’s use and any statutory requirements that may exist.

Typically, we’ll keep your name, contact details and date of birth whilst you hold an account with  If you’ve contacted customer services then we’ll keep your contact details and communications for as long as is needed to deliver the required support.

Where required by law or for statutory reasons, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or enforcement of our terms and conditions then we may retain your data as required even if your account has been closed or we are no longer providing services to you.
